help! since the update, whenever i turn on gps my phone restarts

Guys, since the recent update, whenever I turn my gps on and use either Tele nav or Google nav... my phone restarts! I did a factory phone restart and it still restarts. I called Sprint and they told me I have to pay 100$ to get a new one sent to me. Does anyone else have this problem? My phone is not rooted btw..... thanks!

Did you do the sprintnav update? I'm told this solves your problem. Also is Google maps up-to-date via the market?

I'm running custom ROMs so I haven't had this problem but I read that if you do the updates to the GPS software its fine.

i had this problem the last 3-4 days and last night so i did a factory reset and it fixed it. i then did a hard reset just in case. i've installed all of my apps so far and everything's running fine today.

after your factory reset, did you install any apps?
