My GS4 from tmobile slightly got wet in a tiny rain puddle. It was face down in the tiny puddle for less than 5 minutes. I immediately opened it up to dry and left it in rice for 48 hrs. When I turned it on the speaker was buzzing. I ordered a new speaker. Just to be safe, I left it in the rice while waiting for the new speaker. After I installed the new speaker, it still buzzed every time it was supposed to make noise. I plugged it in to charge it b4 I investigated more. Then it said that the battery temp was too low to charge. I then ordered a new usb/charging board. The speaker now doesn't make any sound at all and the phone still says that the battery is too cold to charge. What should my next step be? I'm thinking a new battery or motherboard.

* there is no visible corrosion

Welcome to Android Central! It can be really hard to pinpoint the problem, because water damage can be widespread and unpredictable. There could be multiple components damaged, so replacing one component won't necessarily solve the problem. And water damage isn't necessarily visible to the naked eye. I'm afraid I don't have any suggestions besides bringing it to a repair shop for more detailed diagnostics.
