HELP! Text Quick Responses

In my messages app, I can see, create, delete Quick Responses on the main page that displays all contacts, but when I go into an individual text message, I cannot use QR as it doesn't show that in the list as an option. Help!

Hi, Quick Responses are for when you reject a call. It gives you the option to send a quick text to the caller. It doesn't work in the actual Messages app. Google has an AI response bot that works in the Google Android Messages app that creates QRs based on the content of the received message. I imagine other third party text apps have something similar as well.

Yes, me too! I just got a Note 9 and when in the messaging app I tap the upper right hand corner and the option to leave a quick response is no longer there like it was on my Note 8.

It was useful to me because I was able to text my customers with a quick response my address

To use the quick response now you hit the + next to the add message and then the 3 dots to the right next to location.
