HELP: Transfer bookmarks between browsers?

I want to transfer my Samsung stock browser bookmarks to my Chrome browser on the Note3. I've spent countless hours, but to no avail. I can see the bookmarks I want in the stock browser. But no matter what I try, I cannot get them copied/moved/synced over to the Chrome Mobile bookmarks folder. Can anyone please help?
