help transferring files to new phone

The LCD screen on my old Inspire is completely black except for a small sliver maybe 15 pixels wide near the left side. I need to manipulate some of the wireless settings menus to transfer my files to my new Vivid. Would some helpful soul post a picture of the bluetooth settings menu so that I know the right options to select.
