Help.. tried to update and now nothing

I tried to update my Xperia 10 and now it will not boot.. all i get is the Sony Ericsson flash across the screen then an image with a triangle with a ! in it and a flat pictures of a phone.. help!

If you rooted it, then that's probably why it happened. Should have unrooted then updated. On the other hand you should call your carrier about this if you didn't root it.
