HELP!! Updated to 4.3 but tried to root from Nexus 4 Toolkit 4.2.2 and Now in Loop!!!

I have updated my Nexus 4 to 4.3, but I was trying to root it using Nexus 4 Toolkit with the most recent update as 4.2.2. I unlocked the bootloader and started to try to root it, but something didn't work right and now the phone is in an infinite loop. I don't know what I'm doing, but it seems to me that it is in the middle of the process but did using 4.2.2 Root mess it up? I'm just trying to figure out how to get it back to factory settings.....no rooting. PLEASE HELP!!!!

Why on earth would you use 4.2.2 settings on 4.3?? Where is it looping? On the nexus x or the google logo?

What were you doing before it started to boot loop? Try wiping cache and dalvik cache first. If that doesn't work then try factory reset

If you are using a rom then try flashing the rom again, if not, looks like youll have to restore factory images.. Factory Image Restore
