Help! Where'd my notification tones go?

Was clearing out my caches etc and I've just noticed that my notifications are all coming through with a ringing tone instead of the one I had set. Going to my settings, if I select the ringing tone or notification tone options, the only choice I am given is Silent!

Have I managed to delete all of the stock tones?!?! How can I get them back?

Advice appreciated!

factory reset perhaps??? rooted or unrooted? on a different ROM or stock
