Help!!! Samsung Note 3 appears as CD Drive...

Hi! I'm new to the site. I have a Samsung Note 3 that I recently broke the screen. I'm trying to recover my data but when I connect the phone to my PC it appears as CD Drive and when I click on it "Please insert a disk into drive". I chatted with Samsung and after many tries they told me if the device is locked there nothing to do but, How can I unlock a lock screen when broken? Tried Samsung Kies and Smart Switch but neither of them connects to the device. Anyone can please help me before I go crazy here?

Welcome to Android Central! What carrier is the phone from? Some carriers or manufacturers put a "CD Drive" partition on the phone's internal storage that has installation files for their proprietary junk (like HTC Sync). Whenever you connect these phones to a computer, the CD Drive comes up first, prompting you to install said junk. You should be able to exit out of that CD Drive window by clicking on the X in the corner. Then go to Windows Explorer and look for your device to explore.

Same problem here! Tried changing the cable and using another computer but phone keeps opening like a CD drive. Re-installed the drives but still no help. What can it be?
