I have always had a Samsung android and loved them. and no issues
but with this Galaxy Neo S5
has been problems for 3 to 5 months now I would really like a solution as I love my phone
with the audio and music player, it plays really badly
scratchy and jumping and glitchy and it just gets worse as it plays to a point I can no longer use the music player- I tried other music players the mp3's are my own so - no idea
also recently the phot's I take with the phone- defragment in the albums
get scratchy and then go blank
often times they simply disappear altogether
So if I had not backed up on my Icloud or google drive they are gone
and I loved this camera on the phone
Also Playlists and songs are simply gone, disappeared
which is kinda uninspiring when I go to use them for a class or workshop.
What is the possibily of fixing this issues ??
