Help with a browser problem

I was messing w/ my settings & I have absolutely no clue what I did...but now I can't get my task bar to show anymore! It shows briefly when I'm loading a page, but it disappears as soon as the URL bar disappears. I scroll up & I can see the URL bar, but not the task bar. How can I get this back? I reverted to default settings & that didn't help.

Actually, you did nothing wrong. It's the same way on my phone. To bring up the notification bar (task bar) press the menu key.

Yes, that's a way to get it back temporarily. But how do I get it back so it stays @ the top of the screen permanently like normal?

Based on my experience, this is normal. Your browser it's using full screen and the bar it's hidden and pops up if you have a notification or if you recall it by pressing the key.

This isn't my normal experience. For the past 6 months, my task bar has been static @ the top of the screen when I'm in the browser, like this:

How can I get this back?

I'm sorry, I can't help you because I never experienced having the notification bar always on.
