Yeah that doesn't look stock. Your launcher is probably spamming you.

Its gonna be one of your free apps that you installed that comes with ads and it looks like you installed an aftermarket lockscreen.

Looks like you have ES file explorer I stalled and "Smart Charger" ticked on. It can be turned off in the ES file explorer settings.
