Help with Bloatware

I'm fat enough, don't need my phone fat with bloat too!

This phone, like so many others, is full of unneeded apps. What apps are safe to delete/disable?

In the touch wiz app draw, hit Edit. Anything with a "-" sign is safe to disable. I disabled pretty much everything that I was able too.
