Help with delayed notifications

Hello all, ive read a lot about this issue and well it didnt use to happen to me, but then i soon realize that when i entered to facebok sometimes, i would see notifications right there that my phone wasnt aware of... days passed by and things got worse... i come by a lot of threats that talk about battery saver... so i went there and put facebook in this "no monitored apps", but the problem persist... is there a final fix for this? im starting to believe all of this is consecuence of oreo because i just upgraded like a week ago... those things didnt happen in ios, god damn... any help would be much appreciated...

I assume you already checked your Facebook app's notification settings to make sure they're set correctly. Any power-saving modes turned on, or "RAM booster" apps installed? Go to Settings>Data Usage​ -- is Restrict Background Data turned on?
