Help with flash (DISREGARD)

I downloaded the apk from the latest flash from my Xoom and installed it on my Nexus 10. It does not work, is there anything else I need to do, I use Dolphin browser. :-\
Update it appears that dolphin does not support the flash on the device anymore!
