Help with google contacts

Ok i went through my google contacts while logged into google on my computer and and got rid of all my duplicates. Now how do i sync my updated contacts to my hero?

should happen automatically. Your phone syncs Google contacts in the background.

1. If not, try Menu > Settings > Data Synchronization > Google
2. Make sure Calendar, Contacts and Gmail are checked off.
