Help with Graphene or Calyx

I’m having trouble installing these ROM’s. Can someone please help. I have tried the web install with three different computers and have had no luck, so I now want to try the CLI install. What exactly do I need to install on my MacBook to be able to flash the rom with terminal?

I had been trying the web install of Graphene, but keeps timing out. I am about to attempt the CLI install on my Mac. Can you please confirm that the only things I will need is a copy of the ROM (Graphene for Pixel 4) and then this to flash it:
