help with home, menu, back and search buttons

They stopped vibrating when I I touch them. Is there a setting to fix that? When I text it still vibrates just the 4 bottom buttons. I restarted the phone and still no luck

Menu... Settings.. Sounds.. Turn on "Vibration Feedback".
