Help with HTC EVO 3D Messenger

Hi everyone... i can't get it to open fully... it opens and i c my txt's but it is in that update like faded screen for ever... it has the loading ring and please wait......

what can i do?

Not sure if anyone has seen this post but i've heard nothing in like almost 2 hrs.... thought for sure people are on here regularly.... guess not... thx anyways
