Can someone help me identify this indicated icon on the top right of the screen, I don't know what it means, what is it??? , Running android 12 pixel 6

Welcome to the forums. I think that means that you have Data Saver enabled.

Open the Quick settings panel and make sure that Data Saver is not enabled.
