I was hoping that I might be able to get some assistance with my Instacart app. I am unable to log into the app. At the login screen, I enter my email and hit Continue and it just hangs there. The three dots move as if it is attempting to connect but it just sits there. II can login thru instacart.com without issue so it is not a problem with the account.
I have uninistalled and reinstalled the app multiple times. I have restarted the phone, hard rebooted it, wiped the cache partition, cleared the cache. Chatting with Instacart Support was absolutely a waste if time. I would be fine with going thru the website but I do not get the alerts and text messages that you get when using the app. I am getting frustrated.
I am running Android 14, One UI 6.1 on a stock T-Mobile S24Ultra. The app is version 8.27.1 dated 7/16/24. Any thoughts, ideas, input or suggestions is greatly appreciated! Thank you all for the time!
