HELP with LG Optimus LTE Tag (F120L) pattern unlock reset

I am LG Optimus LTE Tag (F120L), which, after failing many patten unlock attempts, is locked. I says to use google account or LG Mobile Support Tool to reset, but the options are not working with me. Any body please help me in this matter. If there is no way to reset pattern unlock, then help me in hard resetting my device from keys.

You have entered the correct credentials for the Google account originally on the device? This will allow you to log back in.
