I just recently switched from VZW to Google Fi. I am periodically seeing application resets, specifically Clash of Clans, which just exits back to the home screen. I've also seen it with Simpson's Tapped out where the application reloads.
I'm not sure if it is happening with other applications.
I'll mention that I'm standing still in my house actively connected to Wi-Fi. When this happens I see the icon below with that dot that is highlighted travelling from left to right, like it is "working"
