Help with new phone

I have an upgrade available. Wanting to go ahead and use it so we have extra phone when the unexpected happens. Looking at LG g3, HTC one M8, and Samsung S5. Past 2 phones have been moto x (2013.&.2014). Stream lots from Netflix, music. Then just normal twitter and Facebook. Would love input!

The M8 is a great media machine, due to the stereo front-facing speakers with BoomSound. Since Netflix and music are important to you, this might be the best choice. But its camera is generally not as good.
