Help With Nova Launcher Widgets (Getting ADB.exe To Open)

I've gotten Nova Launcher working, but I can't get ADB.exe to open to allow me to change it so I can get widgets to add to my tablet. I have the Android SDK program, but I still can't get it working right.

I need to get a working appwidget.sh file into my SD Card root that will let my widgets work.

Can someone please help me?
