Help with recovery

My friend has a huawei, and I'm trying to install a recovery and after taking outthe battery it says
Model: HUAWEI M 835
FCC ID: QISM835
I have tried a few ways but I have no idea how.... any help?

Also, I forgot to mention this but I can't currently can't get into recovery, it just stays on huawie.logo, I can'teven through termimal command: reboot recovery
