Help with Root

I own a Droid 3, running stock ROM and was rooted before the OTA update. After the update, I lost root and am unable to get it back. I have use psouza4's methods on Windows XP and Ubuntu 11.04. Superuser is still installed. Both Root check and CPU Master say root permission denied. Any ideas?

Some times while switching roms I have to unroot my phone then re-root my phone so that it is working properly.
