Help with rooting the 4.5.145 upgrade

I upgraded OTA to the new 4.5.145 yesterday and lost root. Anybody have a fix for this yet?

Update.
Others may need this but I just remembered that I had installed Voodoo OTA Rootkeeper a while back. I ran the app and it restored root just fine. I am good to go!

For those who did not save their root settings in Voodoo OTA Rootkeeper you can simply follow the same steps you used to root your phone for the prior device firmware.
