Help with setcpu

I downloaded the setcpu app yesterday to help with audio cracking. After I set the minimum to 200 the cracking issue was resolved. Last night my battery was about 50% before went to bed and about 7 hours later it was completely dead. Is it ok to use setcpu on the fascinate running the stupidfast v1.54 and if so at what settings.

dont set cpu usage i had probloms and had to do a couple of battery pulls

SetCPU does not play well with the Fascinate. You can choose to use it but it will cause way more headaches than benefits.

IMHO: Stay away. Flash an undervolted kernel that has the audio issues addressed. Adrynalyne makes a great one.

The other option for me was to use the stupidfast 12/20 test - that cleared the audio issue and is also undervolted.
