Help With touch and lock sounds Please

All I hear is a very faint little click ot tick sound is that it? Anyway to make it louder or change it?

That is pretty much it. It's very quiet and can't be changed to my knowledge.

Same thing with me,they can barley be heard,But its the same thing with everones phone,I just disabled it.
