help!

I'm absolutely horrible at all of this rom/rooting stuff. My ex rooted my phone and put a gingerbread rom on my mytouch 4g. however it's causing my google quick search and my voice dialer, genius button to not work. I have tried searching for how to fix it but I can't find anything. I want to go back to my froyo rom but i have no idea how to do it. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.
