Help?

Ive been trying to update my phone for a over a month now to jelly bean. My phone tells me i have an update and when i click install it reboots and installs a quarter of the way then the green android lays on back and a red triangle coming out of the stomach. And everytime i try to go into recovery mode it does the whole android laying on back thing. Please help. I recently unrooted my phone so could this be the reason why?

flash it manually using the ota. the instructions are on the front page news in Android central posted a few days ago.

or just google for it. its very easy
