Help???

I just got a new tablet, and when i powered it on for the first time, it stayed on a white screen. How do i get it to return to normal??:'(

it is either doing something possible some setup or its defective or both.. can you turn it off and back on and get change

i've restarted it many times and i still get a white screen

Sounds broke. Any suggestions would require you to be able to see setup. I know that on screen brightness you can make it white (or black) but if you can't see anything you can't check much. Is it a type that you can plug into another monitor or HDMI into the TV. You can't touch the screen but you would know if the display is blown out. Sorry but that's all I have.
