help!

Hello,


this is the second time an lg optimus g has done this. Yes this is my second phone, this is the replacement of the first. The apps and all the memory are fine however the phone loses all connection to the network. I can only use wifi. This is what I see under settings, about phone, my phone identity. when I picked up my phone this morning its was trying to update and my boyfriend who is awake two hours earlier said it was doing it then.

Please help

I'm on my 3rd it's a problem with the antenna /radio in the phone my 2nd one did that as well call sprint n they'll send u another one
