Did you root your phone? If you did than you will need to remove it and go back to "normal." Are you running ART or Dalvik. I know some people had this error while running ART. If this is the case simply go back and switch to Dalvik . If you don't know what I am talking about than you don't need to do any of this....it won't pertain to you. All this is found under SETTINGS...DEVELOPERS OPTIONS.

Than that doesn't pertain to you. You would have had to manually gone in and switched to ART. Well... did you root your phone? If you did than you will have to unroot it. I'm not familiar with that process, but a bunch of people on this forum are. Try sending a private message to a moderator or ambassador if nobody helps.

A quick YouTube search on unrooting s4 will give you a host of really easy how to videos. Just make sure u use the correct method for your specific device! I9505 /I9500 etc. Good luck and let us know how u got on
