That sounds awesome glad to hear it. As soon as mine arrives I will leave a review in a few days.

I will be setting up my wife's 6a later today. Early, early impressions--it's pretty slippery without a case. Also a tad smaller than my 5A. Despite having plastic back it's fairly heavy, feels substantial.

Submitted for your perusal...

That's my old Pixel 2Xl. Also seen is my current phone, the Pixel 5a and my wife's new 6a, which has not been setup yet.

YES, I'm so glad this post was created! Can't wait to see all the Pixel 6a's!

I just got home and my pixel 6a and my galaxy watch 4 arrived. I am downloading Android 13 beta as I type this.
The phones is super slippery a case is needed for sure. The fingerprint sensor is super quick no issues at all. The device is also super quick no complaints. My only con is it's size it may be too small for me period I will give it a few days with a case to see how it works. I will report back after a few days from now.

I don't see any issue with the 60hz at all. And I am coming from a apple 13 pro so it's not a real big difference to me. The phone itself is super smooth. Great options but just a little small so far but as I go along I will add to this review and I highly recommend the device for anybody. Looking for an inexpensive great device.

I don't understand all the negativity about this device it acts like a top tear device. Only a few hours in but very nice device and highly recommend.

Happy Tech Day! Beautiful photos! Enjoy!

So far I'm enjoying my 6a
It seems to hold a signal as good or better than my 13pro or My s22.

I have had a couple problems
1. I have had it totally reboot 2 different times upon starting to take a video.

2. For some reason the dialer keeps enabling display over other apps no matter how many times you turn it off in settings. But that seems to be a known issue that google apparently isn't concerned about.

Other than those 2 issues I'm liking this phone.
I love the size.
The battery life is better than my s22.

The screen is clearer than my 13 pro which is the main reason I picked it up. It's as fast as my old s21 was which had sms issues so I am waiting to see how this one acts. It will take a week before I make a decision.

Glad you're liking it so far.

It takes a week or two to really get the feel of these devices so I think it's smart for you to wait to make your final decision.

I know android devices very well and the pixel line up has been horrible the last two years. This 6a is a superior device IMO. Coming from Samsung devices the 6a is so much better.

Sounds like you are having a good experience so far! Please keep us posted on what happens!

After two days I decided to return the 6a. The pixel was very buggy especially the fingerprint sensor with apps like banking and T-Mobile.
It was nicer than any Samsung but my 13 pro is a much nicer device all around. I am a android lover when the phone works like it should.

Sorry to hear this. But glad you have a phone you like so much.

Hey, you gave it a shot.

I am really enjoying my 6a but it is bitter sweet in a way in that I wish there was a flagship phone at this size. I do not miss 90 or 120hz at all which I was surprised about but little things like wireless charging are a miss. Also as someone who does not use cases I am worried as to how the back will hold up in terms of scratches.

I bought my wife a P6a and I am impressed with the phone, especially the material used for the back. It will hold up much better if you drop the phone than a so-called "premium" breakable glass back.

It suck a slippery device I am surprised you feel you can hold on to it. Even though it's under 500 dollars a case to me is still worth it.
