Hero locks up installing CM7

I rooted my hero, installed ROM manager, set up the ClockworkMod Recovery (version 2.5.0.7) and tried to install CM7 but it locked up on "installing update" no progress. The bar has not moved. Got any clues what is wrong?

I got it working. I had to pull the battery and them run install again and it worked perfectly.

Good to see you got it running -- it's odd that it froze at the installing update part. Thoughts on CM7 over stock 2.1?
