Yes. You call ATT and ask for a code, pop in a TMo chip, etc. There is a thread explaining who at ATT to call. International division or something.

What BB said, just make some BS up that your traveling aboard, they will issue you a code to unlock the phone to use international SIM cards.

I didn't even do any of that. I just got on the online chat via AT&T's website & just plain out asked them for it & they gave it to me with no problems.
