With following features:
1. High screen resolution (atleast Full HD)
2. Dual camera along with laser focus (similar to leica setup by huawei, or like in lg v20, nokia8)
3. Dual Sim along with dedicated micro sd slot.
4. Hifi sound/dac
5. Infrared sensor.
6. Dual band wifi ac.
7. Decent water resistant rating.
8. Big battery
9. USB-C 3.5 mm jack
10. Android O upgradable / great no. of custom builds.
11. Fingerprint sensor (preferably rear or on the power button).
12. Bezel less/minimilistic bezels.
I've been looking and found these phones:
lg v20, huawei honor 8, huawei honor 9, huawei p10, Nokia 8.

V20 is the only one from that list I'd consider. Nokia is on their first flagship as a new company, so unproven at this point and the other three are Huawei, which still has the stigma of their security issues.
