Hey! Who stole my clock?!

I'm a dinc newbie, and a Storm 1 refugee. I've had this little gem for only one week. About 3 days ago, the standard (yet oddly distinctive) android home screen clock simply disappeared. Where did it go, and how do I get it back?

Also I tried to move the a clock app on to my home screen to replace it. I was prompted to "relaunch" the app. I can't figure out what that means, and how to do it. I searched the forums, and couldn't find any help.

on the home screen press the (+) on the bottom right of the screen >> select Widgets >> select the Clock

make sure theres 2 rows of room for the widget...
