Hi! About Note 9 like stopping apps...

Have some apps on Note 9 they works but at time they just like freezing for example app that only must say time with voice every hour stops and if i turn app again it say time like wakes up and say time... Or app that just shows randoom pic from my gallery and shanges every 10 sec images. It like freezing and shows just one pic if i not go in app again. When i go in app all ok no need do anything. Maybe something stops apps? Help!

Some apps stop running if they're not in the foreground (you can't see them). That's the way they were written, there's nothing you can do about it.
