hi. Can a fitbit charge 3 fit the wrist of an old lady aged 95 and whose wrists are very thin?

I am afraid that the fitbit 3 or Versa series cannot sense the pulse of a frail old person. Most importantly, I wish to monitor the Estimated Oxygen Variation. Thanks
