We've just released a version of our super cool visual novel on Android! It's called The Canterville Ghost, based on Oscar Wilde's story.
PlayLife's Canterville Ghost is a psychological game in the form of a visual novel - this format helps users look at their behavior from the outside, and a game is the best way to play and see the result of one's actions - what works and what doesn't work in a safe space. It's a game that blends together AI and psychology to allow personal growth through trial and error in a sandbox for relationship-building.
Users can explore the Canterville Castle, talk to its residents and learn to build healthy relationships through scripted and unscripted (AI) interactions: complete quests and navigate difficult family relationships in a unique visual novel experience. Upcoming elements include a psychological helper that's been trained by psychologists as well as measurements of soft skills (empathy, self-awareness, conviction etc.) available to the user.
