Well, most of the app can be easily downloaded and installed over the device directly from the Google PlayStore you need to tap over the app which you want to install and on the app page tap the install button, accept some set of permissions and all done ! Your app will automatically downloaded and installed

As for your question, well, someone already posted a link to help, but just remember, Bluestacks does allow you to run certain Android apps but since your PC is not a phone, some phone-dependent apps will not work properly (such as the ones that use your phone number to link their service to). But in general, you can at least test drive the apps in your computer.
