Hello! Are you referring to some applications using excessive mobile data?

You can turn off mobile data

Welcome to the forums.
I don't quite understand your question. Could you phrase it differently?

stop using your phone while driving and there will be less traffic

Not a joke, just a prompt for more information :)

Welcome to Android Central, and don't mind those guys.:D Turning mobile data off when you don't need it is a good idea, although many phones make it difficult to turn it off easily. You might want to add a mobile data toggle widget like Data Enabler Widget or Power Toggles to your homescreen or notification bar, which would allow you to turn mobile data on or off with one touch.

You can also go to Settings>Data Usage, and select the "Set mobile data limit" option. If you press the Menu button in this menu, there's also a "Restrict background data" option.

I second the use of power toggles works well. The following image shows my notification window, top row is "my" toggle arrangement. You can set it any way you like

Your phone may already have that option in the notification bar, depending on phone and carrier.
