Hi - New to rooting

I was able to Root using Motofail
then downloade ES File Explorer to begin to delete some unwanted pre-installed apps
no luck - just says File can be Deleted
is it the file explorer app or some other process I need to do?

Es File explorer will do it, but you need to adjust the app settings. Go into the settings for it. Go down toward the bottom unitil you see an option that says up to root..check that. Next, move down further until you see root explorer...check that. Finally, right below that..mount file system. Check that. Until you do that your files are read only and cant be erased. Should work fine after you adjust those settings. Also, when you do that, the app should have a pop up come up requesting superuser access. If that doesn't show up, you might not have rooted and need to use another method. Noticed another post you put up that said you were running into a bunch of errors.
