I am a user in europe (balkan).

All I know I was having this issue. And I found out if you swap out your Sim card for a new one and recheck, it will work. I was the first one to find this out. But now I'm in the states. So it might be different in Europe. But I would try this. After I posted this awhile back, several guys here tried it and worked for all of them. Give it a shot. Factory reset does not work. Also you can go to the HTC website and manually download it. But this will wipe your phone. So backup everything.
