Hidden alarm on my note 4 keeps going off.

There is a hidden alarm on my note 4 that keeps going off at 4 am and I can't figure out where it's coming from. It's not an alarm I have set in my clock app. Can someone please help me figure this out!!!

Hiya! Just had this problem on my One+ 3t. Turns out there was a second clock app (older version, 4.1.0) that was not overwritten by a newer one (5.0.1). Found the spurious alarm lurking in there.
