hide notification bar app

is there an app where i can my hide text ,pingchat etc messages from the notification bar??

Hide just those notifications or the entire bar?

For just the notifications you'll need to look at the menus for each app & see if you can turn off notifications. If you'd like to hide the entire bar check out the ADW Launcher. It has a feature where you can flick up on the main screen and hide the status bar.

The way to hide the notifications is to disable them. That has obvious drawbacks, of course.

I'm guessing "hide incriminating notifications" is the question.
