I've uploaded 3 recordings. They were made direct from my Bionic to a Roland Edirol MP3 recorder at 192kbs. The record level was set by setting the Bionic volume on maximum, then setting the record volume to the maximum it could go without clipping.
In each recording you can hear the audio card in the Bionic click on and, shortly after the audio has stopped, you can hear a louder click as it turns off.
The first recording is the "Droid" notification.

The second recording is the "Voila" notification:

The third is a podcast. During the recording, the volume on the Bionic is turned all the way down, then all the way up again:

Does my Bionic have the "high pitch noise" issue?
Update: No it does not - see next post
